You must have a recent Jack in the Box receipt in order to participate in the JackListens survey. Within three days of their purchase, participants must fill out the survey at www.jackinthebox.com and be at least eighteen years old. Only those who are lawful residents of the United States are eligible, and each receipt is good for a single survey submission.
